Took these two out last night to scope out a location I'll be shooting at tonight--my first "real" family portrait session. Wish me luck (and great light)!
@ylvalie@hayleymaxwell@jodies Thank you all so much for the encouragement! It went well--about 500 shots in an hour-long session. Getting three kids and two adults to all look good in a single shot is not mean feat! The posed shots were fine, but the real fun was the candids and playful shots we did afterward. I was way too tired to do much more than upload them last night, so I have my work cut out for me this week. Hopefully, I'll have a few worth posting here.
P.S. It's a totally different experience to photograph a fair-haired/skinned family when you're accustomed to photographing darker-skinned beauties like my daughters. :-)
