Firstly, thank you for all the kind comments over the past couple of days guys! It was a joy to take a few moments to read them over my busy weekend.
I'm calling my monthly theme "Toptober" because I'm taking top-down images all month long. Today, I wanted to have some awesome, colorful fun with cereal. I don't eat sugary cereal all that much anymore but I do see why kids (and various adults) are attracted to it! Them colors!!! :)
'Dem colors haha!! You're too much - what a fun colorful shot for sure. You have patience and (yes) are slightly OCD but I tend to be as well a little, so I feel ya. Awesome shot!
My goodness you must have a lot of time on your hands to be able to display your fruity rings (knock off of Fruit Loops I suppose) in such a methodical design! LOL It reminds me of a knit sweater for some reason! Clever fellow you!
Thanks a ton for all the awesome comments ya'll!! It may not look like it but I took this photo outside. Thought I would have problems because of flies but it turned out that bees were the biggest challenge! They love this cereal, especially the orange ones! Had to keep scaring them away without getting stung. Needless to say, I didn't want to eat them. ;)
@cruiser - Thanks Chris! Green is my favorite color so I'll try eat a few of the green ones first! But still a few in the box that I'll eat instead. And yes, I pushed a few down slightly on purpose because I thought it would like a little more appealing. Glad to know it worked!
@olivetreeann - Thanks Ann! Yes, they were right next to the Fruit Loops but far cheaper so I bought them instead since I was gonna probably waste some for this photo. This would make a yummy sweater (a 'sweeter' perhaps?) haha.
@gilbertwood - Thanks Denise!! I love the color green so I'll probably eat some of the green ones that I still have in the box first and then the rest in the order that I put in my photo. :)
