Butterflies in November

Our weather is very unusual for this time of the year. It's hot outside! Yesterday I saw the tail end of a large black snake! I froze in my tracks. I didn't even reach for the camera around my neck. They should be hibernating this time of year.

Pretty capture. It is warmer than usual here too. I guess I should be on the look out for snakes too.
