I believe Sheriff B. Vulture was trying to get warm in the afternoon sun.
I know this pic has several things wrong with it, but it amused me. The Black Vulture looks like he's wearing a shiny leaf badge.
Vultures are creepy to me, especially when they fly low over me and I can hear their wings creaking. I always tell them I may be old, but I'm not dead yet. :0)
