@jesika2 I rescued some eggs, because ants were eating them. I saw it happen several times before I decided to bring a few eggs inside.

@cjwhite If you have the food plant and a suitable container, I use a clear plastic storage box with a fine net cover, you can raise them until they pupate and then hope to see them eclose. Note - usually you go to answer the phone and out pops the butterfly/moth! It's fun, fascinating and very educational.

@jesika2 I have them in a butterfly habitat with passion fruit vine leafs. I've brought different kinds of chrysalises inside. You are so right about them coming out when you're away for a bit.
