Today was warmer and we did see the sun briefly. It's going to be a long night though. The weather report is calling for severe storms with wind and hail. I'm not too excited about that. This is one of the times I hope they are wrong!
This is a field sparrow. It's perched on an old clothesline pole. Can you tell I don't use it anymore? :0)

I like the way the wind has blown up part of his wing. I hope they are wrong with the weather report. We still have clouds here but no more rain at this stage.
@rach_who We are in a tornado watch until 6am. It's just 11:22 pm right now. It's going to be a long night. They've been telling us about it for 2 days. I REALLY hope it misses us!
Well the bird doesn't look too phased by the weather warnings either Carolyn, so let's hope it comes to nothing. I'll be watching and waiting to see the weather update in tomorrow's photo.
Cute picture of the field sparrow. The birdie has her feather ruffled. We were up at 4am when the storms came through here. No damage but a lot of noise.
