Something a little different today. We had errands to run and I didn't take very many pics.
While out and about, I did get my first wild turkey pics. I got some nice pics of there behinds as they leisurely walked away from me. :0)
I also got some parking lot gull pics. There was only one gull and he was camera shy. He wouldn't come down from the light pole.
I did get some cardinal pics early this morning, but I've posted several of them lately. I decided to post this little honeybee instead. He gives me hope that spring is around the corner.
Thank you so much for your nice comments and faves on my bird pics this week!!! Thank you for the new follows, too! :0)
Oooo...this is gorgeous...the soft focus and the color....he is posing so nice for you...showing his good side. I cannot wait for the coming of the bugs, but I must get a macro lens! but, I guess fast and skittish bugs, zoom works better anyway....since you cannot get close or they will run/fly.
I laughed when I saw "parking lot" gulls....apparently, gulls like p. lots. I did not know that.
He's working that flower over pretty good too! Beautiful colors and great dof. Is Spring in the air?! We can only hope . . still 40 degrees here today.
@angievega Thanks! I've been seeing them on and off for about a week. I've seen two butterflies, too. It's supposed to get cold again this weekend. I hope they go back to their winter hideouts.
I wish it was true. I can't wait for spring. Yesterday felt like it for sure but the groundhog saw his shadow. I amazed that you found a bee and flowers already in Tennessee. Great capture.
So funny that you posted a bee. My granddaughter just asked me if bees were out this time of the year and I said no, not yet. I guess grandmother's can be wrong. Beautiful focus and love the softness. Looking forward to Spring!
