I was happy to see this dragonfly soon after I went outside. The heat and humidity was really bad and I can't stay in it very long right now. I had a better day. The pain wasn't as bad. That's a good sign!
I picked the worst week to be sick. Jeff is on vacation and we want to take a couple of day trips with photography in mind.

This is gorgeous Carolyn and a def fav! Sorry to hear about your kidney stone! Boy can i relate i have had 2 of them and they are terribly painful! they say they are worse then childbearing! Hope you get some rest as your body will need that after fighting all that pain! Great , Great Shot couldnt have better focus and color!
What a fantastic shot of the dragonfly - your detail is marvelous. How nice to be able to catch him against a pretty color (I tend to catch ugly browns!). Glad you're feeling some better - Don't push yourself too much.
I`m so sorry for you to know health isn`t so good. I know by one experience that study pains can kill you and drive you mad. Please recover soon . The catch is great , the capture wonderful
