The warm sunshine brought the butterflies back! I'm so thankful for the remaining honeysuckle that attracts them. :0)

This is a Question Mark. It's colors and actions make me think its young.

@webfoot LOL! Question Mark is its name. There's a butterfly called an Eastern Comma, too. This one has a silvery Question Mark on the hindwings.

Carolyn, I'm trying to decide on a new camera upgrade and I love your shots -- especially the closeups. On this shot, did you use a regular 18-55mm lens or a macro? I'm looking seriously at the Rebel T3. Anything you don't like about the camera? Thanks for your help.

@cindymc Thank you, Cindy! I LOVE my Rebel! I've had it a year now. I don't have a macro lens, but I really want one. I use my 75-300mm Canon zoom lens for my butterfly and bird pics. I can't think of a single thing that I don't like about it. :0)
