I really feel bad for Red! The Black Birds are trying to take over my feeders. There were about a dozen in and around the feeder. I kept trying to scare them away, but they would sneak back when my back was turned. I put my plastic green snake in the feeder, hoping that would make them leave. It worked for about fifteen minutes, but in the meantime, Red encountered my fake snake. I wonder what he's thinking? He flew away right after this shot. There's a Field Sparrow in the feeder. It wasn't afraid. :0)
I'm posting early, because it seems to be bad luck Friday around here. My house phone is out and my internet service comes through the phone line. I hope I don't lose the internet, but better safe, than sorry. Hubby is at work and forgot his cell phone at home. It's just been one of those days. :0)
