My grandchildren were here tonight. They found this little frog in the yard. I talked them into giving it to me for a pic. We put it in a jar for safekeeping. After everyone went home, I asked my hubby to help me with a pic. He never asked why I wanted a frog on a tomato pic. I've been doing this so long, he just goes along for the ride. I would never have been able to do it without his help. :0)
So I feel obligated to say, that this a toad, not a frog. And I do need to ask about the rationale for the idea behind the photo? I admit, it makes a cool-looking shot, but why?
@mjalkotzy Yes, it's an American Toad I think. I am taking liberties in calling it a frog. A group of us that started at or around the same time loved a pic by Jason Daniels of a frog on a tomato. It became a challenge for people to get a similar shot. It has taken me awhile to get one. Jason's was awesome! :)
Check out the tag "frogmato" to see all the fun shots that were done. It is funny that when we see these little frogs/toads we look for a fruit to pose it with- thanks Jason @bobfoto Nice one Carolyn
