The AT&T symbol is world-famous, and I don't give much thought to it on a daily basis... until today. Due to a glitch in their system, my home phone line was canceled. When I called today to find out why, I was fortunate to be connected with a compassionate, caring employee who went above and beyond to restore my service even when several obstacles prevented her from fixing the mistake through traditional means.
