Have I settled here for too long? Lately, that's the question I have been asking myself.
PROS: Beautiful weather, coastal access 2 blocks East of me and 2 blocks South of me, a top deck for a gorgeous view of the L.A. Harbor and surrounding area (also great for watching fireworks shoot off from the beach on the 4th of July) and a caring apartment manager for the last 5 years.
CONS: Semi-Private garage, summer holiday traffic that backs up to the main street and forces me to show my I.D. to the parking enforcement officer, an elevator that is out-of-order every other week and a pool that isn't heated.
