Day 9 of 100 Happy Days - My BFF and I went to Slater's 50/50 for dinner, before going to the Pasadena Hilton for an evening with Elizabeth Gilbert (author of Eat Pray Love), and I was so happy to find a healthier appetizer option! Brussels Sprouts with a mustard & white balsamic vinaigrette, shaved parmesan, bacon, and fried sage. I did taste the bacon, but they were so good without all the extra toppings!
