Day 28 of 100 Happy Days - I have learned so much over the last (almost) 10 weeks of healthy eating, and it makes me happy to put together a quick, tasty meal. Quinoa, spinach, artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes, olives, chick peas, feta cheese, and a Mediterranean veggie burger... yum!
@kauaikris It's called Fit Girls Guide. You can find them on the internet ( http://fitgirls.com ), or on Facebook ( Fitgirlsguide ), and Instagram ( FITGIRLSGUIDE ). They have eBooks for purchase, and the one I bought first was 28 Day Jumpstart. It's loaded with recipes that are easy to make, and yummy to eat! Also, there are alternatives to most recipes, and even vegan options.
@kauaikris I should add that it is the first program I could follow without wanting to give up after week two. Also, the book I bought contains circuit exercises and tips for cardio days. :)
@kauaikris Hi Kristina! :) Did you look into the Fit Girls Guide? I'm on my 4th Round as of last week, and I've already dropped 16 lbs and 2 pant sizes.
