Walterboro, SC. I love old houses like this in small Southern towns, especially when they are empty. Not sure what's going on with this house.

Let,s hope someone buys and restores it. I hate seeing these old houses going to ruin.

How do you know its empty? It looks so well maintained and interesting to see the brickwork as well as timber and tiles!

Just needs some TLC. Like the big porch.

What a beautiful house. Too bad it is empty. Love the trees. They are huge and so green. Still in this horrid drought. The Sacramento County area gets to water our lawns once a week, today, Saturday and drip 3 x weekly. Needless to say our lawn is brown and our plants are doing good. If they would let us water 2-3 x weekly our lawns would live instead of outside watering for an hour or more. They never make any sense. Warn/hot temps here. Looks beautiful there. FAV
