Bursting forth by corymbia

Bursting forth

My garden is in bloom this week - grevilleas are cascading over the front wall, this xanthostemon is beginning to flower, the corymbias will be in full bloom in a few weeks and most exciting of all ... my "birthday candles" Banksia has two flower spikes on it!! The Banksia has been in for about 8 years and has never flowered before.... so I am excited :)
Very cool shot Amanda, cute pov.

Fab Picture, I love those limey greens! I have never before read so many unfamiliar names in one sentence... hadn't realised that your '365 name' was a flower. Can't wait to see them all!

@fungirlslim @peterdegraaff thanks for your kind comments
@swilde I agree - the rain was absent in November and so flowering has been delayed by a month.

@filsie65 @ranocchiaverde The Australian flora is so very different from almost all other groups found around the world - and it is my favourite.
