@corymbia I recommend a good D3! =) I haven't had cold in 2 or 3 years since I started adding D3 to my daily regimen. I have no health insurance, so I have to stay well!

@michelle58 thanks I am slowly feeling better. and my hair has resumed some normality now that the weather is less humid.
@marlboromaam D3?? I take zinc echinacea and C as well as a multi. I have always been susceptible to colds though.
