black-winged stilts

There is the most amazing bird hide and mangrove wetlands area within an easy walk of our house. We went down there this afternoon to find it full of feeding birds - black-winged stilts, herons, spoonbills, mallards and an osprey flew over my head (sadly - a crappy photo).

(and I picked such a blue photo today because it is autism awareness day and blue is the colour of the awareness cause).
