So rare for them to present themselves in a pose. Of course, this one sat perfectly still while I sent a child off to grab my camera. Managed to snap one shot with the wrong lens before the camera told me the CF card was full and while I was deleting some photos ... the dragonfly flew away so this is my one and only shot and I'm not happy with the focus.

This dragonfly looks beautiful! Nice shot! I hope you get more opportunities to shoot them. I've seen dragonflies but they never seem to stay still long enough for me to get a good focus on either.
