The other day facebook brought me the sad news of the demise of my friends laundry bin. Yes her stripy student sock and sweater receptacle was reaching the end of its life and, so facebook would have me believe firing her dirty laundry in all directions from its hiding place under her desk in her student accommodation.
I had googled laundry bins, hoping to find something more exciting with which she could replace her tasteful wilkinson's laundry bin, but I hadn't seen anything inspirational. However when I was at the Christmas Gift Fayre at the NEC today I spotted this awesome elephantine creation, which I felt would be perfect for Alexandra's dirty washing. She could even fire it out of the window to eliminate the need to carry heavy bags down the stairs...Just a thought, dear!
