When I looked up the forecast last night, it distinctly gave the impression that the squally rain of yesterday would continue, but instead the sun put in a surprise appearance :)
After work I ventured up the garden, to the very top.
I hadn't been on the deck for a long time.
It was good to stand and look out over the rooftops towards the woods
and feel the gentle warmth of the sunshine and to see the reassuring sign of snowdrops in bud.
There will be other storms,
but I believe that spring is on the way! :)
