Here I am - trapped in a pink world
pressured to be ' the perfect person"
Value measured by how I cook and clean,
not by what I think or say.
What happened to sex equality?
Has it ever existed in reality,
or was its existence just a fallacy?
If I stretch up an arm, holding rolling pin or iron,
can I escape beyond the limitations
of this pink and shiny ball
or will it fall
shattering the delusion
that I could escape the illusion?
