One of my favorite things is hosting a family Christmas Eve gathering at my house. Rather than a formal meal, I make up appetizers and we munch through the afternoon and evening. The line up I made this year - Roasted Green Bean Bundles, Spiced Shrimp, Asian Pickled Carrots, Pickles Radishes, Triple Cirrus Scallop Ceviche, Spicy Roasted Cauliflower, Crab-Mango Salad in Endive Boats, Blue Cheese-Apricot Bites, Teriyaki Chicken Rumaki, and Bruschetta (not pictured).
