@ClicketyNix - you'll suck the heads of crawdads, but not eat a pork knuckle!?!? These things are everything that is good about meat - crunchy outside, salt, chewy, smokey, meaty inside. You gotta give it a shot sometime! And, yeah, Remmy'd love them.
