Welcome, Summer!

Not a very summer-y start to the season - cool and rainy. Earlier this evening it cleared a bit and this double rainbow came out to welcome summer.

I don't know where you live, but today in Texas, the heat index was 102F (39C). I would take a cool rainy/rainbowy day right now! Beautiful landscape and rainbow shot. :)

@sdpace - I'm about 8-900 miles north - Minneapolis area. I keep hoping summer will start. We had two nice, hot days (98, 103) but the next day didn't make it to 70. Long, cold winter, cool, wet spring. Hoping for summer...
