Who was that Masked Van?

Every now and then I see something that really surprises me and makes me realize there is a lot going on out there that I have no idea about. This van I parked next to today was one of those.

Great details in this shot. My initial thought was "Africa". My second thought was "voodoo". This is definitely a van I would not like to mess with.
