Busy day. Went for a nice breakfast with Alex in the morning, then went and played football in Regent's park. That was great, we played for over 2 hours. Then went out for a Curry with Jamie & Rob before ending up in Adventure Bar on Clapham High Street, which made me feel very old and miserable.
