The Austin Allegro (or All Aggro as it was known in the motor trade) was probably the worst car British Leyland produced and there were many candidates for that title. For a start it had the infamous "Quartic" steering wheel (square sided to you and me) and the list goes on from there especially for those of us forced to keep the things running way beyond their sell by date which was usually the day after they were built. Anyway with fewer than 200 currently licensed on the road in 2015 this is a very rare car today especially in this condition.
@snoopybooboo and it was literally a find as I was walking into town having dropped the car off to have a couple of tyres fitted and there it was. As always I was carrying my camera and here it is.
