The Royal Hotel now closed and for sale for development, presumably to flats or holiday lets. This was one of the best hotels in Bognor regis once but as a result of the change in holiday habits it is no longer sustainable as a hotel. Desoite it's closure it still looked good in today's wintry sunshine.
Such a shame to see such a beautiful building closed down. I fear the writing's on the wall for many hotels in sea-side destinations. Very sympathetic photo.
