We found this abandoned nest behind the shed at the bottom of the garden. It looks like it was a robin's nest and although it had four eggs in it, it doesn't appear to have been inhabited for some time. We assume a cat found it and scared the adult birds away. If it had been a fox or rat I would have expected the eggs to have been eaten or taken.
