Well, the DOF and the lovely color of the background really brings this lovely rock to the front. of the photo. all in all excellent portrait of a rock..
at least you managed to make it look interesting, it's easier to take a cool shot of an interesting subject, it's much more difficult to take an interesting shot of an uninteresting subject.
