I wonder the same thing. There a quite a few derelict boats around where I live. They all have a story to tell, I wish I could hear it.

there's a house i pass by, too, with a boat in its driveway. i don't even think they use it but the driveway is way too small for the boat. and yes, the house is way too far from the water. very nice find. aces!
