In our block of flats they've put these anti-vandalism brick windows on the balcony, originally they were to be opaque like the old public loo windows, but someone suggested that we wouldn't be able to see the views, so we got these. I think they're very effective, with their slight distortions and a bit like Lego bricks too. ;-)
