Yesterday was my Mams birthday, she would have been 85 this year. I did this collage on my phone photo editor, Top left she is with Dad in Bridlington 1951 the year before I was born, I love the bobby socks and think Dad looks very cool in his shades, and they both look so young and happy. Top right is with me of course, think I must be about 3 or 4yrs on this one. Bottom is the day of my christening, my maternal grandad is extreme left, my paternal grandad between my two grandmothers maternal left, paternal right, just behind mam holding me, think dad must have been the photographer here as he's not on the photograph. What surprises me is that my grandmothers were younger than I am now on these photo's from 1950s yet they look older than me, how times have changed!
