The swans are breeding on the lake again this year. Sadly 2yrs ago their eggs were destroyed & last year they failed to hatch, apparently a swan expert had to come & remove them once it was established they wouldn't hatch as the female would have sat on them until she died ;-( lets hope for a better result this year.
