Today I drove through the Indiantown Gap Military Cemetery, located approxiamtely 10 miles from my home. It is an amazing experience just to witness this beautiful resting place for thousands of men and women who have served our country protecting the freedom we enjoy. As soon as you enter these beautiful grounds, you immediately enter a beautifully groomed driveway, both sides lined with flags, the symbol of freedom. God Bless The USA.
Lovely image. I grew up a brat and learned that there is nothing more solemn, more sacred, than the ideology and service of those who give up their lives for the lives and freedoms of others.
Hmm... seems you and I had the same thoughts today, Great pic! (I also took a photo of a flag in a cemetery! An area dedicated to the men that served in the first and second world war. (my flag was Canadian :)
We who are alive today and FREE owe a great debt to so many who came before us.
