This is where I spend some of my time. It's my workshop for writing, work related projects, my photogrpahy, and of course one of the most enjoyable things, 365 and all the friends I've met during the past year. I figured I'd kill two birds with one stone here. First of all it fits the theme for the week, and secondly, it can serve as a "before" self photo. This is what I look like now, and hopefully I can post a follow-up "after" self photo in a couple of months of exercise and eating better. Have a great night.
I’m glad you posted a selfie. I always like to see the person behind the pictures! Good luck on your healthy endeavors. I’ve been doing Weight Watchers for a couple of months to get myself back on track, and I feel so much better.

Hello Rick, you look very comfortable in your chair surrounded by all you need ! I love to see people in their home space in different countries & good luck with the fitness regime .. you do realise you have committed your self now to a before & after so no going back !!!!
Wonderful selfie Rick. You look terrific, but it's important that you are happy with yourself. So good luck on your exercise program. Make it fun and it will succeed. I mix it up. Mostly walking with my camera and dogs.
GREAT selfie & theme shot Rick....I have no doubt your new health program will be a complete success! My husband and I love to hit the nature trails on our bikes....it's great fun and a pretty good workout without the boredom of routine exercising! :)
wow, is that really you? Is so cool to see you like that, usually we see the profile photo, but is so nice to see a photo like this, casual, and on your everyday life.
I should post one as a before too.
I plan on losing a few kilos in the coming months.
