I went out for a brief walk tonight, and after about 10 minutes the clouds began to darken as an apparent storm was approaching. The sunlight was hidden behind the thick dark clouds, and it cast such an awesome glow over the water. I took the photos in B/W, and they looked quite dramatic however, they were dark, and you really couldn't see the details of the trees. I decided to play a bit with this one and tried editing it in sepia. That brought out more of the details. I then used the softening tool, and added the soft border. I liked the results, so this is my photo for the night. A "Soft Fall" photo. I hope you like it too. Tomorrow is Thursday. That means three more days till we leave on our vacation. Have a wonderful night and a greater tomorrow.
@nana Nancy, we are heading out to a little town in Ohio, Clyde, about 50 miles from Sandusky to visit with my Wife's Mother. Then on Thursday we are heading back to the Pittsburg area to visit our Daughter.
This draws me into it, Rick. That's a great photo that does that. You are so good at capturing or composing a mood when you process your photos. Just so nice.
