Pharmacy Fix - Forced Slow Down by digitalrn

Pharmacy Fix - Forced Slow Down

Made a trip to the doctor this morning, and then a stop at the pharmacy for my fix. An acute upper respiratory infection. Hopefully I will be on the mend. I am not one to be laid up in the house. It definitely slowed me down.
Sue
a cute upper respiratory infection is better than an ugly one I always say. =)

Jane said to buck up and help Joise out, she thinks this could be a trick...

Take care of yourself- those respiratory infections can linger for so long and have long lasting effects on your stamina. It's good timing in the sense that the snow storm is supposed to be a big one-now you don't have to drive in it! Feel better!!

Make sure you get 100% better.. Hans was on antibiotic before his vacation and he forgot to take the last two dosages along. he tells me now that he wasn't feeling too good while in Cancun. so as soon as we got home I called for a doctors appointment and the first Monday after his return on the previous Saturday. the doctor prescribed. another round on antibiotics and a steroid puffer for one week. he is getting better now.

Oh, and just to update you, I did buy some of those MSM pills you were telling me about and I think they have already been helping me out!! My back has been great and even pain I have had in my left foot the last year has gotten better!!!! You may have found me a wonder vitamin!!! THANK YOU AGAIN SOOOOO much!!

@kdimagery Well I am glad to hear that. How much are you taking? I started out taking 4,000 mg a day for about three weeks, and then once the pain got better I cut back, and now I am taking between 2,000 - 3,000 a day. I've been doing it for about 5 years now, and it has been a life saver.

@digitalrn They are 1000mg pills and I have been taking three a day with each meal. Sometimes I forget to take one though! Not used to taking a pill everyday so trying to remember is still new to me! Haha. So as of right now I am taking 3000mg a day and it has been about four weeks or so I think. I should have written down the exact date I started taking them! Silly me! I think they will be something I will continue taking too :)
