Morning Sun And Fog

I loved the sky this morning as the sun was coming up over the horizon. I left early because I had to set up for a class today. The fog was lifting, and the sun was coming up like a huge spot in the distance. I did enhance the sky by darkening it more. I like the effect.

When you darkened the sky a bit did the grass get all black or do I have a problem with my computer? in the thumbnail it looked like green grass
and when the picture opened more than half of it is completely black without any details in it.
