Took a walk by the lake this evening. I needed it after yesterday and today. I had my EGD and Colonoscopy done, and those of you who have gone through this procedure, you know what it means to prepare for it all. The porcelain throne becomes your second home for several hours. All is over and the preliminary reports sound good. I will know more once all results are in.

Sounds like you needed a bit of serenity after your day with the scope, Rick...not to mention the day of prep beforehand. Not a pleasant procedure! Hope you get a glowing report of perfect colon health!!

I googled EGD as I never had this procedure done. bet you're glad that's behind you now.
