I was playing around with some of the seashells Josie gathered when we were at the Outer Banks, and I wasn't really impressed with any of the shots I attempted. Then by chance I just so happened to catch glimpse of the same shell when it moved in front of my photo lamp. The light brought out some unique shading and design, so the result was an accidental success, at least to me. I know it's nothing spectacular, but it sure beats a plain old shell.
