An old country cemetery that I pass quite frequently, and with the snow on the ground, it gives it a nice peaceful appeal. Did you ever wonder if it is just as quiet in the pitch black of night?
Excellent composition with headstones and snow. And perfectly framed by the tree branches. I think you need to go back around midnight on a full moon night and let us know what's going on, Rick. :)
Lovely composition in b&w - your commentary gives food for thought - never been there after sunset - do get some of my best sunset shots from our cemetery though.
This would make a lovely framed picture. As to your question about whether the cemetery is as quiet at night, somehow I doubt it. If not for ghosts, at least raccoons, foxes and other nocturnal creatures are out and about.
