Cheesy Potato Bake

Prebake shot of a great potato bake, loaded with cheese and onions & topped with some crushed cornflakes and drizzled with butter. Part of our Saturday evening meal with the kids to celebrate Father's Day, and I am the cook, go figure, LOL

@Weezilou Well Louise, I usually do most of the cooking at these types of gatherings, which I do not mind, but on this day, Josie had remembered this one recipe that her Aunt made one time and thought it would be a great idea. So while she was busy running errands I chose to put it all together.
