Church Camp Meeting

In our area we still have some churches that have annual church meetings in an outdoor setting like this where members stay in their private little cabins. This is one such camp near where we live. During the Spring and Summer they hold revivals and other kinds of church meetings.

Fabulous! My kids always loved to go to the rustic church camp near us in IL. They had the best time, even though it was 100 degrees and the cabins had no AC.

Our church during our newlywed days would have a family camp- just for fun, not a revival. The one year Jeff and I went I thought I was sick with a cold or something. The next time we went Erick was 2 years old!
