How to manually change exposure?

I want to take pictures of fireworks and the moon, but I don't know how to manually change the exposure. I have a Sony Cyber-Shot 7.2 Mega Pixels. Thanks.

you are pretty limited to your settings in Cybershot cameras I think the only was to change your exposure is through the EV settings in your menu. dont know which model you have as there are a whole range of 7.2 MP cyber-shot cameras but some of them have a firework setting built in may be worth looking through your manual to see if yours does.

I had a pns sony cyber shot, but I don't remember the numbers. It had a +- exposure setting right on the thumb button where I set the macro and timer. It gave me a two stop push.

you can probably find a manual online, would be good to read the manual to learn more about the camera
