Only really good tip there is how he releases the shutter on his iPhone. Instead of punching it, he touches the button, composes and releases it to release the shutter. - My android is opposite - but the shutter lag is such that I can re-steady the phone after moving my finger to touch the button.

@4umfreak Mark, I have an Android phone too and I can trigger it by gently touching the screen - no significant lag at all.
