You may not know, but if you are a teacher or student (or parent with student) Adobe CC is available for the monthly price of £15 a month if you sign up before the end of November. That will be the price you pay for the first 12 months.
That gets you every piece of Adobe software, and you will be the first to get the latest updates or Beta software.
@pixiemac just a guess, but I assume they won't want to see your student ID to buy online. I would argue that many of us here are students of photography, purely by participating in this community.
@dtigani hi David, sadly, you do have to supply student details to Adobe, I've been investigating and certainly for some deals in the UK you have to already have cs3 or greater, which I think is really rotten for newbies to Photoshop. I'm hoping Adobe think of us and change their marketing soon :(
I didn't have CS3 or anything - I just joined up. And I was asked for my institution, but they were never asked for confirmation. I really don't think the CS3 thing applies here
