I am trying to upgrade my account to an ACE membership. I am trying to use a pre paid Visa gift card that was given to me but Paypal says it can't verify my billing address. I have already registered the card online so I don't know what else to do. I do not like using my regular credit/debit card online. Can someone please help me!!!
Some gift cards can not be used on-line. You should have the information for the customer service center for the gift card processor. They would be able to look and see what is causing the decline. If your card can be used on-line, it could be that they have a discrepancy with your address and can fix it on their end.
